Description

• At Apartment List, we’re on a mission to find every renter a home they love at the value they deserve. • This role will be key in driving our user acquisition strategy through paid social channels. • Explore new growth opportunities and shape messaging to enhance engagement and conversions.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing • Proven track record in managing successful paid social campaigns • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making • Experience in developing and scaling new marketing channels • Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis • Excellent communication and project management skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams • Proven ability to deliver against goals • Nice to Have: Experience with Looker or similar business intelligence tools • SQL proficiency • Native martech & channel exposure • Familiarity with the real estate or tech industry
