• Serve as a leader in the nonprofit community • Support and inspire nonprofits to achieve fundraising goals • Spend 80% of time supporting a portfolio of clients • Spend 20% of time on business development • Provide thought partnership and hands-on support to clients • Develop actionable project plans and track progress • Build relationships and trust with clients and stakeholders • Utilize Aperio resources efficiently • Contribute to Aperio's efforts to fight racism and discrimination

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in fundraising • Experience in relationship-based fundraising • Ability to solicit $10,000+ gifts • Strong project management skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Salesforce and Raiser's Edge a plus • Openness to a dynamic startup environment • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
