Description

• Meet with senior stakeholders to understand their business objectives and identify key metrics for tracking progress. • Perform thorough discovery on the data collected by our platform, including customer usage patterns, behaviors, and engagement metrics. • Develop a strategic plan for developing analytics and reporting capabilities that align with our customers' needs. • Design and build data models to support analytics and reporting requirements. Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility. • Develop reports and dashboards that provide insights into customer usage patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. • Work with product development teams to integrate analytics and reporting capabilities into our platform. • Provide training and support to customers on how to use analytics and reporting tools effectively. • Continuously refine analytics and reporting capabilities based on customer feedback and changing business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field • Minimum of 7 years of SaaS experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role • Proven experience in data science, data strategy, or a related field. Strong background in predictive analytics and algorithm development • Passion for turning data into valuable business insights and driving innovation • Proficient in data analysis tools and tech with a solid understanding of developing and implementing machine learning techniques • Experience in designing and building data lakes and managing large-scale data storage solutions • Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies. • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with senior stakeholders and present data-driven insights in a clear, concise manner • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to leverage data for business growth and improvement
