• Provide customized and high-quality demonstrations of ArcSite to potential clients, aligning with their specific needs and priorities. • Comprehend the objectives, strategies, obstacles, timeframes, budgets, and decision-making authority of the customer. • Aim to consistently enhance your sales process while showing a readiness to learn and adopt best practices. • Enhance your pipeline by engaging in lead generation activities such as cold calling, sending emails, and utilizing social media outreach. • Achieve or surpass your monthly targets.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a sales representative responsible for meeting quotas, along with a background in sales prospecting. • Capability to engage with C-level Executives and pose insightful questions. • Proactive and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Authentic understanding of customer needs. • Excellent organizational abilities and effective time management skills. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • A strong desire for learning and growth, both personally and professionally, within a startup setting. • A proactive attitude and determination. • Adaptability - as a small company, we respond and adjust quickly to changes.
