• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements • Proficient with Excel and being able to parse data • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment • Knowledge and understanding of government contracting process is a plus • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability
