Description

• Lead and manage strategic cybersecurity initiatives for our government clients. • Develop and execute performance improvement plans to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of cybersecurity programs. • Provide innovative solutions and recommendations to address complex cybersecurity challenges. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cybersecurity initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices. • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies. • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and senior leadership on cybersecurity performance and initiatives. • Oversee the implementation and management of cybersecurity tools, systems, and processes. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls. • Provide guidance and support to cybersecurity teams. • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.

Requirements

• Clearance: DHS Suitability or ability to obtain • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity program management. • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing strategic cybersecurity initiatives. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices. • Experience developing and executing performance improvement plans. • Knowledge of risk management and assessment methodologies. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are highly desirable.
