Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field • Led multiple analytics projects from requirements definition to final synthesis. Previous insurance experience not required but is a plus • Engaged all levels of stakeholders (frontline to senior exec) in presenting findings and problem-solving • Helped organizations translate ambiguous problem statements into concrete recommendations • Experience with using SQL to conduct data manipulation, including cleaning/transforming/creating data • Experience with using Python for various forms of analyses, including building models, running automated processes, data cleaning • Demonstrated the ability to deliver explainable models and analytics products that leverage an analytics tech stack (Snowflake/SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Looker, Excel, etc)
