Description

• Support data-driven decision-making by answering questions that craft a clear understanding of SDF’s progress • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document data, analytics and reporting requirements • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and make business recommendations • Conduct end-to-end analyses, and build visualizations and reporting that enable data-driven decision-making • Communicate compelling and practical insights from data analysis and present them regularly • Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting • Collaborate cross-functionally with a variety of roles (e.g. engineers, business development, executives)

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field • Solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications • Excellent presentation and communication skills • 5+ years’ of active experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data sets and synthesizing data insights into actionable recommendations • Proficiency in data querying and data analysis over large data sets, using SQL • Familiarity with data visualization tools
