Description

• Visionary Community Manager to lead the growth and engagement of the Atlan community • Responsible for creating a thriving hub for data enthusiasts, industry professionals, and valued customers • Develop and implement strategy to build, grow, and manage the community • Foster relationships and enhance community experience through engaging content • Leverage social media and other marketing channels to promote the community • Analyze community data and metrics to track progress and measure success • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management with a proven track record of building and engaging online communities • Proven ability to manage online communities and foster positive and productive online interactions • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce or Hubspot, and advanced skills in Excel/G-sheets • Experience with webinar systems, other EMS platforms, social media marketing, and online community platforms • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret data • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content • Excellent stakeholder management and a strong capability to build and maintain community relationships
