• Lead, train, and coach a team of 12-15 Account Executives to improve their sales effectiveness and achieve team quota. • Build and maintain a strong, positive team culture that fosters collaboration, accountability, and success. • Hold team members accountable to standards regarding outbound activity and pipeline management, ensuring consistency and performance. • Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement. • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring team alignment with overall company objectives. • Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales processes.
• 7+ years of experience in sales, with a strong background in outbound new business acquisition. • 3+ years of leadership experience managing and coaching sales teams. • Proven ability to build and maintain a positive team culture while driving accountability and results. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to sales management. • Experience with sales tools such as Salesloft is a plus.
