• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales and Client Success roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates with a high sense of urgency. • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates from targeted industries, including leveraging your expertise in market mapping to identify and engage top GTM talent across the healthtech, Saas, and HR vendor landscape. • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand evolving business needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with company goals. • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, optimize sourcing strategies, and provide insights to hiring managers and leadership. • Ensure a white glove candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, timely feedback, and professional interactions throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on hiring GTM roles within healthcare, software, or HR vendor spaces. • Proven experience in market mapping and competitive analysis within the GTM landscape, with a strong network of sales and client success professionals. • Deep understanding of the healthtech, SaaS, or HR software markets, with the ability to articulate the nuances of these industries to candidates. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers. • Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and strategies.
