Description

•Develop and execute comprehensive corporate social and digital media strategies to support Authentic’s growth goals •Identify target audiences, key messages, and content themes to drive engagement and deliver a distinctly Authentic experience •Work with key departments to template business-driven communications for their external audiences and stakeholders •Produce and adapt content across the Authentic and its CEO’s social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and WeChat, with the goal of increasing engagement, reach and followings •Generate a mix of original content, user-generated and shared content - videos, photos, graphics, and stories - in partnership with cross-functional teams including but not limited to PR and Communications, Events & Experiences and Marketing to amplify the brand portfolio •Oversee regionalization of content in APAC, EMEA and LATAM, and collaborate as needed with translation service providers to ensure storytelling is targeted to our local audiences—think global, act local •Partner with the People & Culture and Talent teams on leveraging social media channels for talent recruitment and retention as well as employee engagement •Engage with Authentic’s community online by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing value-added interactions •Conduct regular analysis of social media performance metrics, track KPIs and generate insightful reports to inform future strategies and optimizations •Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with the Authentic voice and values •Monitor social media channels for industry conversations, market developments and relevant conversations to identify opportunities for engagement and stay up to date on emerging trends, tools, and best practices •Adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to social media and digital content

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, or a related field •3-5 years of experience in marketing, PR, or a related field with proven work experience in social media and/or digital marketing •Strong copywriting, editing, storytelling and project management skills •Ability to manage tight deadlines and grasp complex information •Experience working with translation service providers is a plus •Proficiency with platforms including Adobe and Microsoft suites
