Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement. • As this role will manage accessibility-focused social media handles, the ideal candidate will be either from the disability community or closely connected to it. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies. • Strong writing, editing, and content production skills. • Experience with WordPress and managing blog content. • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr) and analytics metrics. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
