Description

• Responsible for converting prospects into customers by selling WordPress hosting services to new and existing accounts. • Assist prospects, establishing and maintaining relationships with technical and leadership level contacts. • Align customers with the right product and terms for long-term success. • Conduct consultations and follow up with customers to ensure they purchase suitable products and services. • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts. • Client Presentations: Deliver presentations and demonstrations of managed WordPress hosting solutions to clients. • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal. • Customer Education: Educate potential clients on the features of managed WordPress hosting. • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs. • Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposals that meet potential clients' requirements. • Contract Negotiation: Work with leadership to negotiate sales agreements. • Customer Onboarding: Assist new clients with onboarding to ensure a smooth transition. • Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication for client satisfaction, addressing issues and identifying upselling opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven Sales Experience: 4+ years of experience selling high-end or sophisticated products or services, preferably in the hosting or technology sector. • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate the value proposition of managed WordPress hosting to potential clients (both technical and non-technical). • Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of WordPress and the technical aspects of managed hosting to confidently address customer questions and concerns. • Customer-focused: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. • Results-driven: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives, with a proactive approach to driving sales growth. • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, penetrate new markets, and expand the customer base. • Problem Solver: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions for clients and the company. • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and customer support teams. • Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a constantly evolving company/industry.
