• Provide general assistance to the business development team • Perform due diligence on new partners and ecosystem projects • Grow existing partnerships with DeFi protocols and crypto native dApps • Draft and present new business and partnership opportunities to business leadership • Performance analysis on partnership metrics and ROI • Research, analyze, and report on DeFi and crypto industry trends and growth opportunities • Attend industry conferences and events • Maintain internal team databases and repositories • Draft reports for company leadership • Collaborate cross functionally with other internal business units • Prepare internal and partners' corporate documents • Develop and sustain a high level of professionalism among staff and external partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 1-2 years of business development, finance, consulting and/or crypto experience • Knowledge of crypto/DeFi market • Detail oriented and analytical • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proactive team player
