Lead customer relationships to drive revenue growth at Bridge in fintech.

• As the first account management leader at Bridge, you will be joining a small and fast-moving GTM team to shape all aspects of supporting existing customers in growing their business.
• Your key mission is to drive net new revenue by spearheading strategic initiatives within our customer base including unblocking customers, expansion and cross-selling products and services to help customers achieve their objectives.

• Relationship Management: Own overall relationship with customers, identifying key stakeholders and building relationships with influencers and the core team interacting with our solutions. Build a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and how they use our products to achieve their goals.
• Growth: Drive key initiatives including ongoing checkpoints, business reviews, identifying critical goals and implementing strategies that increase product adoption, engagement, and growth at scale to drive revenue.
• Problem Solving: Partner and collaborate with internal cross-functional counterparts in GTM, Product, Operations, Engineering and other teams to drive successful outcomes for our customers.
• Voice of the Customer: Be a champion for our customers and work with our internal teams to translate customer feedback into product insights. Engage with product and operations teams to understand key drivers of health and opportunities to improve optimization and engagement.
