Description

• Join a world-class blockchain development team • Work closely with engineering, product design, and marketing • Manage the strategy of Core to drive adoption of users • Drive product development from conception to launch • Collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams • Manage concurrent projects across multiple work streams • Oversee cataloging of reported bugs and required maintenance • Ensure delivery is progressing against key milestones • Build on existing crypto knowledge and stay updated on trends

Requirements

• Deep understanding and passion for crypto (L1s/L2s, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, DePIN, AI etc.) • 3+ years of technical product management in fintech, blockchain or cryptocurrency businesses • Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills • Demonstrated project management skills • Extensive analytical, prioritization, and problem solving skills • Previous experience building software products • Growth mindset and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment • Personal alignment with Ava Labs and Avalanche missions • Nice to have: Previous experience as a developer or UX/UI designer • Nice to have: Demonstrated history of contributing to or participating in crypto projects • Nice to have: Experience working in a start-up environment
