Description

• Serve as a leader and subject matter expert in mobile app UI/UX, influencing decisions and guiding stakeholders without relying on formal authority. • Engage directly with customer-facing teams, including Account Managers and Sales/Revenue teams, to understand specific scenarios and constraints, provide personalized recommendations, and disseminate insights on global improvements. • Partner extensively with the Data Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to define problem statements, drive performance deep dives, and compile recommendations using data sources such as Snowflake, Kibana, and platform reports. • Build strong collaborations with Infrastructure/Engineering and Machine Learning teams to enhance ad server infrastructure, refine bidding and pacing algorithms, and optimize ML models for mobile app scenarios. • Collaborate with the UI/UX Product Manager to enhance advertiser and campaign optimization workflows, improve reporting tools, and streamline mobile app campaign management and performance troubleshooting for customers and account managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager (Technical), with a proven track record of delivering impactful products and solutions within the advertising technology sector. • Proficient in Ad servers, bidding mechanisms, auctions, DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), SSPs (Supply-Side Platforms), and MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners). • Deep technical understanding of the mobile app user acquisition space, focused on scaling performance. • Strong grasp of mobile app install workflows and key performance metrics such as Cost Per Install (CPI), Install Per Mille (IPM), and Click to Install (C2I). • Ability to derive insights from data using SQL or product analytics tools and apply these insights to product decisions.
