• Analyze and participate in qualitative and quantitative research relating to audience (HCP), brand, competitive, and promotional channels to derive meaningful insights • With oversight from Strategy leads, build strategy maps, brand maps, and brand ladders, articulate insights and promises, and develop personas, as well as build out customer journeys and ecosystems • Monitor competitive and social trends, their impact on target attitudes, behavior and perceptions, using a variety of market and research data • Work with strategy team, account leads, and creative directors to create tight, inspiring creative briefs and translate brand insights into ideas • Clearly communicate and present ideas, POVs, and strategies to internal teams, clients, and prospective clients • Assist senior team members in the development and facilitation of workshops using strategic tools and frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in related field (eg. Marketing, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Statistics); Masters degree ideal • 8+ years strategic planning experience in a healthcare/pharma advertising agency environment • Experience with HCP and patient marketing, including pharma brand launch • Experience utilizing strategic tools for analysis • Experience co-facilitating client workshops • Superb and persuasive communications skills, both written and verbal • Adept at storytelling • Advanced Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
