• As a Business Development Associate, you will serve an integral role in securing, maintaining, and growing the customer base with thoughtful outreach and exceptional service to potential clients. • Working on a growing team, you’ll be identifying and developing new revenue opportunities and, ultimately, growing the revenue of this successful new product.
• 1+ years of proven customer or client facing experience - business development, sales, account management, or recruiting • Experience managing sales pipelines including researching, prospecting new business leads, outbound outreach and prioritizing based on intent-signals is a plus • Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills, a competitive streak and a natural inclination to push oneself to be the best • Strong project management skills and sales fundamentals • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, experience speaking with clients on the phone is a plus • Eager for and receptive to feedback • Proficiency using CRM software to manage sales processes and pipelines
