Description

• The Manager, Account Management will lead a team of IC’s, driving revenue and renewals. • Coach, train and develop their team to overachieve quarterly and yearly revenue goals. • Help Axios HQ reach $100m in ARR over the next 5 years.

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B software experience • 4+ years of management experience - leading account managers tied to a book of business owning renewal and upsell • Successful track record leading high performers to overachieve on goals • Exceptional sales fundamental skills including discovery, storytelling, objection handling, value selling, and navigating a complex process to renew business • Highly skilled at managing a large volume of accounts to renewal and upsell • Extremely collaborative internally, and experience working with a Customer Success team a plus • Self-driven and view themselves as the CEO of their own book of business and team • Experience diving in and becoming a subject matter expert on a new technology product, and able to coach their team to expertise • Wildly collaborative and motivated to work hard toward lofty team goals - not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done • Demonstrates strong intrinsic motivation to actively seek feedback and incorporate it into daily activities and performance
