Description
• Work on a variety of legal matters to support the Firm’s investment platform • Assist in new product launches and ongoing legal aspects of operating existing investment funds • Negotiate and liaise with clients and investors
Requirements
• J.D. degree required • 8+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience focused on private investment funds • Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills
