Description

• Assist in the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Talent Department for BELAY • Oversee all contractor content development • Serve as administrative support to the Director of Talent • Participate in phone calls and meetings (virtual and onsite) • Coordinate travel as needed • Manage email inbox and draft internal and external communications while maintaining privacy and confidentiality

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience • Must be a driven self-starter, a positive thinker, loyal, and trustworthy • Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action orientation are essential for this role • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Team player who is willing and able to “roll up the shirt sleeves” to get a project done when needed • A high degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely • Prior administrative experience • Demonstrated experience with content and graphic creation • Proficiency in managing LinkedIn (LI) accounts and leveraging the platform for strategic networking and brand promotion
