Description

• Serving as a project manager on transportation (state and municipal highway/roadway) projects • Managing project teams, including budgets and schedules • Mentoring junior staff • Contributing to Kansas and regional strategic growth initiatives • Championing relationships with key clients • Representing Benesch at industry and professional engagement events • Identifying opportunities and leading strategic project pursuits • Leading and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams • Presenting findings through written and verbal communications • Participating in Business Development and Marketing • Researching local/state regulations related to transit planning • Assisting with grant applications

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or related field • Professional Engineering License • Excellent communication skills • Experience in client relations • Making presentations before officials and advisory boards • Strong organization and leadership skills • Experienced in Project Management • Ability to work independently • Knowledge of public bidding process
