Description

• Oversee claims administration, reporting, and employee education on benefits • Administer employee benefits program • Manage employee benefits programs • Maintain accurate Decks for open enrollment • Work with insurance providers to ensure efficient claims • Provide month end reporting and audits

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of combined human resources administration and/or benefits management • Knowledge of benefits regulations, compliance, to include federal and state benefit forms for COBRA, PFL, PFML • Knowledge of maintaining medical and leave records • Must be familiar with HCM/HRIS benefits modules • Familiarity with analyzing plan documents, cafeteria plans, and plan usage data • Superior organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-oriented environment • The ability to collaborate effectively and propose alternate solutions • Must work well both independently and as part of a team • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • HRCI-PHR preferred • Knowledge of MS office products • Experience with Self-funding benefits administration
