Description

• As the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Sr Manager at BetterUp, you will leverage your extensive experience in third-party risk management to develop and lead the company's comprehensive GRC strategy. • You will be responsible for ensuring that BetterUp maintains a strong compliance posture, effectively manages risks, and adheres to industry standards and regulations. • Your leadership will be key in fostering a culture of compliance and risk awareness across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in GRC, with a strong focus on third-party risk management • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or PCI ISA • Proven track record in implementing GRC tools • Strong leadership and team-building skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to building customer trust and managing risk • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
