Description

• The Vice President of Revenue Marketing will play a critical role in driving the overall growth and profitability of BetterUp • This leader is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of demand generation, revenue focused marketing strategies • This role requires a data-driven leader who can collaborate cross-functionally to achieve measurable business outcomes

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience with a focus on revenue marketing and demand generation in high-growth B2B environments • Demand Generation + Growth Marketing - Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through demand generation and marketing strategies • Strategic Planning + Leadership - Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on revenue growth • Sales and Marketing Alignment - Proven ability to collaborate with sales leaders • Data-driven decision making and analytics - Strong analytical and data-driven mindset • Collaborate & Influence - Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills • Revenue Operations and Financial Acumen - Understanding of revenue operations • Customer Focus and Retention Marketing - Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing • Innovation and Experimentation: Drive a culture of innovation and experimentation within the marketing team • Agility - has the ability to juggle multiple priorities and shift based on business needs
