• Develop and present the annual marketing plans for the Institutional Distribution Channel while working closely with the Sales and PO teams. • Build integrated and individual marketing campaigns grounded in clear marketing briefs designed to attract and retain distribution channel partners. • Leverage Thought Leadership and Content as an important vehicle for both enhancing the CIM brand and engaging clients and prospects. • Leverage CRM tools and data to Implement sales-driven automated communication streams. • Define the target audience experience and content within cimgroup.com. • Work closely with the internal Shared Services/Creative, Digital Marketing, and Public Relations teams on both the development and execution of all campaigns. • Serve as a key partner to other internal shared service constituencies including Compliance, Legal, and Sales Operations. • Establish and report annual marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as well as individual campaign metrics. • Stay abreast of what competitors are doing from a marketing perspective and provide bi-annual assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 12+ years’ experience in financial services marketing (including experience in institutional, corporate, and/or alternatives investments marketing)
