Description

• Lead sales team to drive success in selling BRB order-to-cash software and digital payments • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to sales professionals • Collaborate with senior leadership on sales strategies and plans • Support professional development and training of sales team • Analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement • Foster relationships with key customers and enhance customer satisfaction • Coordinate with other departments to enhance customer experiences • Assist in sales administration tasks to ensure accurate documentation

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales • Previous experience in leadership or supervisory role • Solid understanding of sales processes and CRM • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams • Prior experience selling into Enterprise prospects and customers
