Description

• Supervise and guide a team of sales professionals • Develop skills as a manager through a player/coach approach • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the sales team • Collaborate with sales manager and senior leadership • Support professional development of the sales team • Assist in monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics • Collaborate with sales team in building and nurturing relationships with key customers • Foster collaboration and coordination with other departments • Assist in sales administration tasks

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales • Strong leadership potential with a desire to develop • Solid understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs • Strong collaborative mindset • Prior experience selling into the Heavy Equipment vertical a plus
