Description

• Lead selling on the floor and ensure that all floor standards are met • Mentor and instruct team members on Flight Club’s WAVE training to ensure delivery of excellent customer service, product knowledge, and brand history • Identify business opportunities and upcoming/current products and trends • Ensure scheduling needs of the business and that all time and attendance policies are met

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in the retail/service industry • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills • Detailed, organized and have excellent time management • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high performing teams • An effective and quick problem-solver with a keen attention to detail • Entrepreneurial spirit; desire to exceed sales goals • Knowledge and passion for sneaker and streetwear fashion
