Description

•Team Lead for Field Sales managing Account Executives selling Bird’s CRM solutions through ISV partnerships. •Drive new business, exceed revenue targets, and develop long-term partnerships with ISVs. •Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to execute Bird’s ISV strategy.

Requirements

•5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role. •Proven ability to manage and grow ISV partnerships, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. •Experience leading and mentoring sales teams, with a focus on driving performance and accountability. •Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with ISV partners at the executive level. •Proficiency with CRM platforms (Bird preferred) and pipeline management tools.
