Description
• Supporting all aspects of the Performance Management Plan (PMP) development and use • Co-creation process to develop PMP infrastructure with PDO and TOs • Working closely with the Chief of Party to link strategy performance with learning • Providing technical support, planning, and facilitation for learning events • Representing Bixal to USAID technical officers and implementing partners
Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years experience in International Development • MEL and CLA experience required • USAID experience in CDCS and PMP development is desired
