Description

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive growth and efficiency. • Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and development. • Design and execute sales plans to expand customer base and achieve sales goals. • Implement and optimize sales processes and tools to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. • 6-8 years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools. • Ability to work independently and manage a remote team. • Strong organizational and time management skills.
