Description

• As the first Customer Success in the US,  • Develop user manual / training material for users to utilize BoostDraft • Understand the attorney's work and provide an explanation of which BoostDraft features are useful in each case. • Conduct interviews with customers to understand inefficiencies in their daily work, categorize pain points, and collaborate with Product Managers to put new features on the product roadmap

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a transactional lawyer • Strong interest in working at an early-stage startup and cutting-edge technology • Good at writing and explaining features. Eager to develop user manuals and onboard videos • Highly skilled in soft communication and the ability to handle complex request
