Description

• Build reports and dashboards for the marketing team including return on investment analysis, attribution reporting, campaign performance, funnel conversions, and more • Own our analytics tech stack, along with the reports and dashboards within each (especially Salesforce dashboards, Bizible, Marketo analytics, Google analytics) • Collaborate with key partners on the Marketing, Revenue Analytics, Business Analytics, and Data Engineering teams • Act as the resident expert for Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking, and own our Google Tag Manager instance • Build and own our Chief Marketing Officer dashboard and critical metric visualizations • Surface key metrics, learnings from data and opportunities for optimization during regular presentations to the Marketing Leadership team • Coach marketing managers and campaign managers in identifying the right Key Performance Indicators by campaign type and surfacing insights about their initiatives from the data

Requirements

• Experience working in a B2B Marketing Ops or Sales Ops environment • Data literacy and analysis; the ability to identify, track, and report off of Key Performance Indicators • Deep knowledge of our marketing tech stack (Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Excel, Marketing automation and BI tools) • Strong collaboration skills; excited by solving challenges with a group • Outstanding eye for business and critical thinking • A knack for team leading, coaching, and mentoring • Experience with Marketo, Google Data Studio, and Bizible, a plus • Your own unique talents!
