Description

• Fruitful is fixing personal finance by providing personalized guidance and investment management • Seeking a Compliance Manager to support compliance initiatives in partnership with the NYC Compliance Director • Role involves developing compliance policies and procedures for payments and card products • Review and monitor compliance risks and enhance processes across departments

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a compliance, legal, or operations role, preferably within an RIA or consumer financial services sector • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, laws, and industry best practices • Experience designing and building Compliance Management Programs • Desire to collaborate and influence colleagues and external partners • Direct experience in financial services payments processing and card operations audit • Ability to come up with solutions with minimal oversight • Creative mindset for finding solutions for Members • Strong purpose-driven service orientation and desire to help others • Independent problem solver identifying areas of opportunity • Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills • Desire to join a fast-moving, early-stage, mission-driven company • Preference for regular, in-office collaboration in NYC on a hybrid schedule
