Description

• Fine-tune procurement, factory production, and quality processes • Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts • Oversee global procurement process • Qualify new suppliers and identify potential risks • Collaborate with suppliers to meet regulatory requirements • Lead a team for procurement and quality assurance

Requirements

• 10+ years of procurement experience; home goods or fashion experience preferred • 5+ years of people leadership experience • Bachelor’s degree • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PO Management systems • Excellent analytical and mathematics skills • Adept negotiation skills • Experience with cross-functional teams • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment • Strong business acumen • Sense of urgency and ownership of performance
