Description
• Ensure the timely importation of products, including completion of Importer Security Filing (ISF) • Oversee performance and development for a small team of Customs personnel • Prepare and execute the submission of Customs Entries to ensure the timely release of import shipments • Monitor all government policies and programs relating to preferential treatment and trade agreements • Classify import items via U.S. HTS to determine the appropriate import duties
Requirements
• 4 year degree in applicable area of study (international business, supply chain management, etc.) • Licensed Customs Broker with no pending restrictions • 3+ years of experience managing customs and trade compliance • Budget responsibilities in excess of $5MM annually • Experience in the freight forwarding industry preferred
