Description

• Responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives. • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, including setting goals and providing coaching. • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. • Analyze sales data and adjust strategies as needed. • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance to the executive team. • Manage the sales department budget. • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors. • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; • MBA or other advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments. • Strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach. • Relevant certifications in sales management or leadership (e.g., Certified Sales Leadership Professional) are a plus.
