Description

• Be responsible for all aspects of production processes, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and logistics. • Develop and implement strategic plans for production operations aligned with company goals and objectives. • Provide leadership and guidance to production managers, coordinators, and other team members to ensure cohesive and efficient workflow. • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to plan and execute production schedules that meet quality standards and deadlines. • Manage production budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource allocation to enhance efficiency and minimize costs. • Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. • Implement quality control measures to uphold production and post-production standards and ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies. • Continuously evaluate production workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement standard processes. • Identify potential risks and proactively develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions to production schedules or operations. • Resolve production-related issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner, fostering a culture of problem-solving and innovation. • Recruit, train, and mentor production staff to cultivate an impactful team capable of achieving production goals. • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and standard processes. • Leverage technology and innovation to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and enhance the overall production process.

Requirements

• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in production management, operations management, and related roles within the entertainment, media, or creative industries. • Proficiency in production management software, budgeting tools, and other relevant technologies. • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in managing and developing teams. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and stakeholders. • Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing process improvements and achieving operational efficiencies.
