• Run Bugcrowd’s engineering support team, responsible for resolving internal and external issues. • Manage escalations of internal and customer-facing technical issues. • Provide technical/solution support to clients and users. • Identify creative solutions and workarounds for complex issues. • Document repeatable solutions in the Knowledge Base. • Improve workflows through documentation and automation. • Train new team members on company policies and best practices. • Facilitate cross-functional meetings as they relate to engineering support. • Act confidently across a wide variety of situations with autonomy.
• Strong SLA-driven approach to resolving issues. • Emphasis on team knowledge growth and improvement. • Process-driven with strong organization skills. • Self-driven desire to understand and solve problems. • Ability to query and understand data in various ways. • Experience troubleshooting REST API connectors, pre-packaged integrations, and webhooks. • Exposure to single sign-on authorization techniques like SAML and OAuth, including use of SSO platforms like Okta or OneLogin. • Perseverance when triaging and investigating software bugs. • Broad understanding of software technology, including software platform patterns. • Experience or exposure to bug tracking and reporting software. • Enthusiasm for working closely with engineering support.
