• Develop and implement marketing strategies to hit company goals, largely leveraging account based marketing and top of funnel demand generation. • Identify and target high-potential market segments through detailed analysis. • Identify, engage, and convert key accounts for growth. • Build a world-class marketing team focused on account-based and brand marketing. • Measure and report on performance of strategies implemented.
Requirements
• 6+ years of marketing experience with focus on account based marketing/demand generation in B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or health tech. • 2+ years of people management experience. • Experience at a small start up or scaling a high-growth marketing team. • Energized by owning impactful company goals and wearing multiple hats. • Clear and concise communicator and analytical thinker.
Benefits
• Estimated starting annual salary range: $175,000-230,000 USD • Total compensation includes equity and employee benefits • Potential upside from equity in compensation package
