Description

• Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance and retirement plans • Develop People & Culture policies and procedures • Lead offboarding and exit process • Analyze market trends for compensation data • Update and maintain employee records across platforms • Administer employee leave programs • Serve as the system administrator for the PEO • Manage payroll process through our PEO system Justworks • Partner with the people team for vendor relationships • Support workforce development activities and programs

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive People and HR experience, inclusive of employee relations, labor laws, and working with external or in-house employment counsel • Deep understanding of labor laws, benefits, and leave regulations • Exceptional problem solving skills, decision making, advisement and mentorship • Experience with payroll processing systems and PEO/HRIS platforms • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to employees and managers at all levels • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion • Proficiency in G-Suite and experience managing a PEO, EOR, or HRIS • Experience implementing HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, Rippling) preferred • Experience presenting company wide trainings, initiatives, or programs, preferred
