Description
• Drive growth across marketing function • Serve as inside sales representative for potential program members • Work collaboratively with leadership team • Ensure seamless patient enrollment experience • Handle financial and subscription conversations with patients • Implement strategically important projects to enhance customer experience
Requirements
• 2+ years experience in inside sales B2C role • Track record of owning and scaling company processes • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work in fast-paced environment • Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills • Growth mindset focused on continuous improvement • Track and report key metrics for success • Nice to have: Health-tech experience, medical office administration experience, desire to work remotely, familiarity with technology tools like GSuite, ZenDesk, Slack
