Description
• Manage and lead the engineering team in building the core of our products • Take engineering projects from design to production while working with our developers to manage realistic roadmaps • Implementation of our core infra in Rust and smart contract development in Solidity • You may have the opportunity to participate and talk in an event, conference or podcast
Requirements
• Very strong rust AND solidity with strong open source contributions or track record with reputable companies. • Strong history of shipping to prod • Experience as a lead eng or hands on eng manager with a solid track record at impressibve companies • Examples of smart contracts deployed / repos to demonstrate strengths
