Description

• We’re seeking a Data Scientist II - Commercial Analytics to join our Commercial Analytics team • Responsible for executing on ad-hoc requests that lead to scalable analytics • Work cross-functionally with other teams at Cedar, especially client-facing teams • Develop expertise in working with complex data, using visualization tools • Proactively determine areas where Data Science can help add value

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role • Expert in SQL and Data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) • Experience with data transformation and orchestration tools such as dbt and Airflow is a plus • Experience with Python is preferred • Strong documentation skills and experience with knowledge management tools • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and engage with non-technical partners • Strong presentation, communication, and project management skills • A proactive attitude, an ownership mentality, and a growth mindset • An analytical perspective and passion for finding actionable opportunities and insights within complex data • Knowledge of or experience in the healthcare industry and collaboration with business teams is a plus
