Description
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process, setting up their accounts on our platform and ensuring a smooth transition. • Organize and lead our partner bookkeeping team, including third party bookkeeping firms. • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and reconciling accounts. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, answering their questions and providing updates. • Offer proactive insights and recommendations to help clients meet their broader financial and tax goals. • Work closely with our broader team to inform our product roadmap and client service delivery strategy.
Requirements
• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably with a focus on small businesses. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. • Comfortable working with technology and adapting to new software platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and resolve bookkeeping challenges. • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently. • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
