Description
•Collaborate on projects related to Supply Chain applications, including Warehouse Management, Carrier Management, and Manufacturing, to ensure these systems meet business requirements and drive efficiency. •A high performer who can deliver tangible value through defining, scoping and investigating business initiatives. •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Support the documentation, gathering, and management of business requirements to ensure that they align with project goals and stakeholder needs. •In collaboration with the delivery team, help to remove any blockers and support the momentum of delivery. •Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business and technology functions to enable effective decision-making. •Utilizes strong communication skills to be a conduit for technical and non-technical teams. •Contributes to the standardization of business analysis deliverables and knowledge sharing. •Assess impacts of change and validate the cost/benefit of initiatives.
Requirements
•5+ years of Experience working as an IT Business Analyst, including eliciting customer needs, breaking down complex information, and translating it into actionable requirements. •Significant experience working with Supply Chain applications, including Warehouse Management, Carrier Management, and Manufacturing, to optimize and enhance these critical systems. •Proven ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements effectively, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives. •Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for performing business analysis. •Proven communication, presentation, negotiation, and collaboration skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. •Proficient in stakeholder management and facilitation across various departments to drive successful outcomes. •Skilled in modeling business processes and identifying opportunities for valuable improvements. •Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently while working collaboratively with team members. •Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
