Description

• Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing processes and technologies within the GTM Operations organization. • Drive the execution of marketing operations strategies set in collaboration with the broader GTM Operations team and business partners that align with company goals and drive effectiveness. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing automation, lead management, and campaign execution. • Oversee the management and integrity of marketing data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and analytics. • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. • Ensure the smooth operationalization of marketing campaigns, from planning to execution, to achieve business goals. • Manage the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology platforms and tools. • Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives on a per campaign, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and IT, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives. • Manage and mentor a small team of marketing operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. • Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and other marketing technologies. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Creative problem solver with a proactive and strategic approach to challenges. • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
